Definition:

მამისგან მემკვიდრეობით მიღებული ქონება; სამშობლო 

Additional information:

1. Fatherland means the land on which a nation was born and which it protects. In the case of Georgia, it is the center of traditions, culture, and faith.
2. Fatherland means homeland, land that the nation protects and cares for. Ilia Chavchavadze considered fatherland an important part of national identity and identified language and religion with it.
